This is an unrequired but enjoyable afterthought to "The Apprentice", but really works best when a particularly loathsome or ridiculous candidate has just been given the boot - a bit like looking at the desert menu with a slightly full stomach after the main course, in which you think "No, I really can't have anything more" before spotting a particularly enjoyable treat. Best bits? Watching the failed candidate try to rationalise their failure into success, or justifying why their idea - creosote flavoured dental floss, a breakfast cereal named after Grand National winners, or luminous toilet paper - was superb, and not, as Lord Sugar, you, and I, all thought, utter shite. "

This is utter horseshit, school bullying an international scale, in which one kid - the UK - is basically isolated from, and picked on by, everyone else. Seriously, why do we bother entering this? Post "War on Terror", we could've had the Beatles performing a hitherto undiscovered classic, and it wouldn't have mattered a damn - we'd still have lost out to a Europop "classic" like Smerzzy from Poland dressed like Mr Benn on an acid trip warbling some nonsense "schmizzy, schmizzy, yah! Jubnob cristy millzo!". And that's the point, isn't it? Us complaining about losing Eurovision is like Manchester United sulking because they weren't invited to a primary school 5-a-side. Abba aside - and they performed in English - how many European "hitmakers" can you name? "

Its not the fact that we dont ever win or even come close. Its that everyone still talks about it like we are supposed to care!! Everyone always hates us in Eurovision? I hate us in Eurovision. We suck. "

Britain does have a little bit of talent. A tiny little bit! Unfortunately Simon Cowell will make us sit through 50 mins of crazy folk humiliating themselves and people being so overly emotional they would burst into tears and threaten suicide if someone said they didnt like the colour of shoes they had on. Inbetween somewhere there is talent trying to get noticed. "

Didnt most men just watch to see a close up of Jets camel toe as she swung around on those hoops? "

Maybe the chunky guy could do a bit of product placement for a local green grocer on an upcoming show? Some free fruit and veg wouldnt do his waistline any harm. "

Yes, the Subway Sandwich episode pissed me off. I wonder if they got unlimited Subways for the rest of their life, as a reward for this? Not that the little chunky guy needs anymore junk food weighing him down. Im waiting for the episode that shows him getting stuck while climbing through a small space to rake through the junk in someones garage. :D "

Awesome way to see new games that are coming out and get involved in the gaming world of the 90s. A time when SNES, Megadrive and the mythical NEO-GEO ruled the games console world. One problem with Gamesmaster though was the age of the 'experts' that appeared to commentate on the challenges. These guys were far too old and geeky even for this! I think i was about 15 when i was watching this when i came to the conclusion that i had probably already had more sex than that geeky middle aged gamemaster expert that wore the bandana and leather jacket. He might have had the highest score on Mario for a week or so but he wasnt getting laid ever!!! "

I dont see what the problem is. It didnt pretend to be anything it wasnt. Gladiators was a big slice of cheesey Saturday Night entertainment for the family. There was good guys and bad guys. Heroes and Villains. Some sexy Gladiators for you and your parents to secretly drool over. And most importatly some over the top challenges that every kid would love to take part in. It was my absolute fav programme growing up and i never missed a show. "

Its true he does seem even more arrogant now he has the new side parting style. "

Everyone hates us. We all know it yet there is still a glimmer of hope from some people that someone, someday will win it for the UK again. I didnt realise it was still shown on the BBC till the weekend. What a waste of time and money. "

There are some really good acts. The barbershop quartet style group and some of the dancers are all great to watch. Unfortunately there is always an overweight or ugly or shy chick with a school bullying sob story who can sing a bit that comes along to attempt to pluck at our heart strings. I can tell these moments are about to happen now because Simon Cowell will roll his eyes back and look fed up when they first appear on stage. But, then all of a sudden look amazed when he hears their voice. Theres a Susuan Boyle moment in most episodes now. I like BGT for the unique acts that just want to perform without all the sob story BS going on. "

@stebsb, Further to my final point - is it true that they're currently prepping "Bill & Ted 3"? "
If the Daybreak production crew have any sense, when Princess Kate gives birth they should have a photo of her carrying her baby with a miniature Aled Jones superimposed strolling along on top of him/her, boasting the headline "Walking on the Heir". "

Will.I.Am told Danny that the singer on stage was beautiful before Danny had turned his chair round. As soon as Danny heard this he decided to press the buzzer and spin round. This goes against the whole thing about it all being about the voice doesnt it ? "

Great fun, but Richard Hammond being too 'Richard Hammond' spoils any tv show. "

Surprising that Mama June bought a little screaming pig for Honey Boo Boo. Wouldnt this be like direct competition for her in the pagents ? "

Aled just needs to STFU. Stop butting in like a hyperactive child when Lorraine is chatting to a guest and ruining the flow of conversation. I wonder if one day Lorraine will turn to him and say 'Aled, adults are talking, now stop showing off and be quiet or go to your room.' "

Lorraines looks a bit pissed of now. The fake laughter getting more and more forced. Aled cant see it and i think her lack of amusement only spurs him on. "
